Team Pawb

Team Pawb are our amazing volunteer team! We have several different voluntary roles that make up the team, which include:

Gallery Welcome Team

Our Gallery Welcome Team volunteers bring a friendly face to our gallery space, ensuring that visitors have the information they need to get the most out of our exhibitions. The Gallery Welcome Team collect surveys and feedback from visitors, support families to access our worksheets and engagement packs and help everyone to have an insightful and interesting gallery experience.

Event Stewards

Our volunteer Event Stewards support the delivery of Tŷ Pawb’s diverse events offer including comedy nights, open mics, live music and theatre. This role includes getting involved in tasks from distributing posters and ticket collecting, to PA and staging set up.

School Holiday Assistants

The school holidays are amongst our busiest times at Tŷ Pawb – so we need extra volunteers to support us! Our School Holiday Assistant volunteers provide extra help to artists, playworkers and other facilitators to deliver workshops, play sessions and activities for children and their families.
This can look like everything from setting up a workspace, to taking a participant register, to chatting to families to help them feel at home in the session. This role requires an enchanced DBS check.

Garden Club

Did you know we have a rooftop garden at Tŷ Pawb? Our volunteer Garden Club meet regularly to keep our garden looking green and healthy. No gardening experience is required to apply for this role, just an interest in being outdoors and getting stuck in!

Social Media Assistants

If you’re looking to build work experience towards a role in marketing and communications, then joining us as a volunteer Social Media Assistant could be a great fit for you! This volunteering role includes collecting consent forms from our visitors and participants and taking photos and videos of our events and activities to feature on our online platforms.
