Schools

At Tŷ Pawb we offer schools the opportunity for pupils to engage, explore and discover all aspects of contemporary and applied art in order to support and extend their creative learning and arts enrichment.

Our gallery visits and art workshops, whilst linked to our current exhibition, are designed to be cross-curricular and suited to your areas of learning or Key Stage topics.

Pupils and teachers are encouraged to try out new ideas and techniques as a way to extend and develop learning back in the classroom.

Our Formal Learning Programme enables further development of pupil creativity, visual literacy and communication skills through the arts. Activities are suitable for all ages and abilities, including pupils with special educational needs or disabilities. We also offer the opportunity to extend your school visit for the day by collaborating with other local cultural sites within walking distance of Tŷ Pawb, such as Wrexham Museum and Xplore Wrexham, where you can experience History, Science and Art together. Our workshops are led by the Learning Officer. Just get in touch for further details. ellie.ashby@wrexham.gov.uk
