Every week refreshments are provided from 10am with 11-12pm focused on a new activity to learn, try, discuss or make. Come to

9th Sept: Love birds? Join us and make a Starling & nest with Heather and the Tŷ Pawb Arts Engagement Team
16th Sept: Make little sculptures & map personal memories and meaningful places with artist Lily Tiger and Steffan Gwynn from the Wrexham Room.
23rd Sept: Menopause – find out about symptoms, treatments and what you can do to help yourself and loved ones, with Lisa
Scully from Menopause Connect. Citizens Advice will also be available to support with free confidential advice.
30th Sept: Enjoy a gentle Dance & Yoga session with Krishnapriya from Paallam Arts. Settled will also be available to provide
information on the EU Settlement Scheme
