Do you have a young artist in your life?
Join a Family free, open access creative making activity inspired by eels and find out why eels are important, why they are endangered and how we can protect them.
On 27th May, Welsh Dee Trust are hosting Dee Flows Day at Tŷ Mawr Country Park, a free family day connecting fish, rivers and people. Artwork produced at the World Eel Day Making Session will contribute to a community artwork designed by Maker Space artist Rachel Harris about the River Dee to be completed at Dee Flows Day!
All children accompanied by an adult. No need to book. Delivered by Rachel Harris, Maker Space artist, textile poet and author of children’s book Eirian the Eel, and Maddy Fowler from environmental charity Welsh Dee Trust.
